For this purpose, we will examine the conditions under which the module Arens regularity of triangular Banach algebra $mathcal{T}=Mat{mathcal A}{mathcal M}{mathcal B}$ is obtained from the module Arens regularity of the corner algebras $mathcal A$ and $mathcal B$.
